Our Policies


     1) PAYMENT PLAN - Lessons are paid on a monthly payment plan figured on an annual basis.  The payments will be the same each month regardless of the number of lessons each month.  The fee is $99 monthly for all instruments and voice except for cello.  Cello lessons are $119 monthly.  Payment is due on the 1st of the month.  You will be emailed an invoice 5 days before the 1st of the month.  A late fee of $16 will be applied to your account after the 10th of each month.  Payments can be paid through the email, on the website or at the beginning of each month at lessons.  Form of payment can be by cash or check at your lesson or by card online.   Special payment arrangements can be made where needed. 

    2)  MAKE UP LESSON - If you miss a lesson during a month, there will be a group music class for make up lessons held on the first Saturday of the following month from 9:30am - 10:30am.  So - for example - if you missed a lesson in March, you can come to the Saturday make up lesson in April.  These will include music theory, performance, conducting and other ‘musical stuff’.  All who missed a lesson the prior month are invited to the make-up lesson.   


    3)  STUDENT PORTAL - At FloridaMusic.net, you can go to the student portal where you can make a payment, see your schedule, cancel when you need to, and have access to what was taught at your lesson.  If you prefer ‘old school’ - lessons still go on without all that jazz. 

    4). Teacher emergency lesson - Teachers are allowed one “emergency cancellation” day for emergencies for the year during the year.
